Celia is the owner and Curly Hair Specialist here at Practically Frivolous!
Celia, a native of St. Petersburg, ignited her passion for the hair industry at the age of 18. She earned her cosmetology license from Loraine's Academy then embarked on her career at Practically Frivolous. Having devoted over a decade to Practically Frivolous, it has become a home away from home for her and her clients' alike. She continued her education at Orlando Premiere, training under renowned experts such as Toni and Guy for precision cutting, John Sahag dry hair cutting techniques, and Martin Parsons for design styling. Celia holds certifications in Cezanne Smoothing and Aque Tape-in Extensions, is a Ouidad Certified Curly Hair Specialist, and is proficient in Kemon Color Techniques. With a dedication to her clients' specific needs and goals, she utilizes her skills to only enhance their natural beauty. As the salon owner, her objective is to ensure that every individual who walks through the doors enjoys a top-notch salon experience.
Kenna Thompson
Stylist
Kenna graduated from Paul Mitchell in 2013 and also worked with Kevin Murphy and Paul Mitchell educators before joining our team in 2016.
She has participated in extensive education, ranging from product knowledge, color theory, and certified in Aqua tape-in extensions. She is a Certified Ouidad Stylist.
Kenna specializes in naturally curly hair and Balayage hand painting highlights and has a passion for Bridal and event styling.

Edie Bailey

Edie studied hair at Aveda. She joined our Practically Frivolous family just over ten years ago. She is a Certified Ouidad Stylist. Her passions include curly cuts, precision cuts, and color. Edie's attention to detail is apparent, along with her genuine nature. She really cares about you!

Hello, My name is Sadye , I am 26 years old and have been a Licensed Hairstylist for the past 4 years! Hair has always been a passion of mine, from cutting my Barbie's hair to growing up in my grandmother's hair salon, l've always had a love for Hair. Being able to connect to my clientele one on one, builds a strong foundation of trust, that's what matters to me the most about doing Hair. My specialty is blonding and curly cuts!
